Karşılama ve özen muhteşem. Personelin ilgisi, özeni çok özel. Kahvaltıda hem etnik hem Avrupa menüsü var. Spası muhteşem. Gerçekten konakladığım en iyi otel şimdiye kadar.

Too dark and poor facilities

Amazing location and hotel. The best place we stayed during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The service and the rooms are fantastic. Never been treated so well with such kindness and professionalism. We had cocktails and diner on the rooftop. The views are the best you will find in Hanoi and the food was 5 star class… and don’t get me started on the breakfast! The biggest choice and tasty food ever. Mind blowing 🤯

Very nice, classy hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of everything in the old quarter and French quarter but away from all the noise. Very friendly staff. They also let you come back and shower, use the bathroom, etc if you have a late flight and checked out earlier in the day

Our short stay at this hotel turned into a truly memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member — including the bellman and guest relations — was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The service was consistently exceptional, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right opposite the lake and within walking distance to the Old Quarter, night market, Uniqlo, and many other attractions. The atmosphere was refreshing, with a pleasant scent from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, soundproof despite facing the main road, and equipped with comfortable beds, clean linens, and all listed amenities. Having Netflix and YouTube available was a thoughtful touch that made relaxing in the room even easier. Daily housekeeping kept everything pristine, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of choices and cozy seating with lake views. The guest relations staff went above and beyond, sharing recommendations for local food and attractions, which made planning our days effortless. We also enjoyed the La enMay Spa, which was excellent and great value for money. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With its strategic location, outstanding service, and welcoming atmosphere, it’s a place we’ll definitely return to on our next visit to Hanoi.

They greeted guests with smiles and even provided thoughtful gifts and vouchers, which made the experience feel extra special. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city and all its attractions. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
