Important information of credit card guarantee: - For non-refundable bookings, individual credit cards are required for each room and the total amount of the room rate for the entire stay will be charged on the given credit card after reservation made. Guests are required to present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking and making payments at the hotel. - For any reservation under standard cancellation policy, an approval code will be obtained from the given credit card for guarantee purpose. - For guests who make the payment using a third party credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel 5 working days prior to the arrival: 1) Authorisation letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of the card with cardholder's signature) - The hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. - Release of credit card authorisation may take 1 to 3 months, depending on different countries, cities and banks. Please kindly note: - Special Requests are subject to availability upon guests’ arrival. - An extra bed or baby cot is only applicable to Plaza Deluxe Room and Plaza Suite and is subject to availability. - Any transfer of the hotel booking, or any transfer, assignment, subletting, sublicensing or sharing of the room to or with any third party (whether or not any monetary or other consideration is given) is prohibited - In compliance with Cap. 371 Smoking (Public Health) ordinance, effective from 01 January 2007, smoking is banned in the indoor areas of all restaurant premises, indoor workplaces, public indoor places and some public outdoor places. Please be aware that smoking in a non-smoking room will incur HK$3,000 penalty. - Property's room are for accommodation use only and cannot be used as wedding purpose, supplement charge will be applied for such purpose of usage - Group Policy (applied to reservation for more than 5 rooms): - Accurate guest names for each room must be provided at time of reservation and proof of identity will be required upon check in. - Total room charge for the entire stay should be prepaid after reservation made. - Prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable. - The property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice if the above-mentioned cannot be fulfilled by the given deadline. - When booking 6 or more rooms, special policies may apply. - Hong Kong Government will impose a ban on single-use plastic products with the first stage set to take effect on 22 April, 2024. Hotel is barred from providing customers with free disposable plastic items such as bottled water, shaving kit and shower cap. To take a further step, we have installed water filters in the rooms to provide high-quality drinking water while reducing the use of plastic bottles. If necessary, please purchase the regulated products from vending machines at the hotel lobby. - Swimming Pool on Level 8 will be temporary closed from 1 Feb – 15 Mar 2027 for annual maintenance work.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Feb 1, 2027 until Mon, Mar 15, 2027 Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
