The location of the hotel is great everything is close to you, and there is puppet show which is near by it is recommended to visit if you have time. The atmosphere is also great for solo and family trips you don’t need to worry about noisy streets. The rooms are clean and will organized.

Quavo did excellent job in hospitalizing us. Worth revisiting this hotel for sure.

Conveniently located. Shops, restaurants are nearby. Staff were all accommodating. From airport pickup/dropoff to reception and restaurant staff. They all made sure our stay in Hanoi was perfect. Room was clean and cozy. Airconditioning unit was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They even have a farewell gift! Kudos to the whole staff!
