"It was a nice stay!!"

A very disappointing stay. The room was small and the shower recess showed visible signs of mould, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast hygiene standards were also questionable. Food was left unsupervised and I observed guests handling items with bare hands before putting them back on the buffet. For a hotel in Italy, the coffee was surprisingly poor and well below expectations. Overall, this property fell short in both cleanliness and quality. There are far better accommodation options available in Naples

Convenient location great reception staff short distance to eateries and Port.

Balcony door could not close at all, smell emitting from the toilet all the time.

"Hotel sempre eccellente"

In pieno centro di fronte alla stazione delle linee 1 e 6 della metropolitana. Frequento questo hotel dagli anni 80 ed è sempre eccellente. Adesso viene usata pure una terrazza esterna sul maschio Angioino:fantastica.
