If you're going to put a Negroni on the menu at the Lobby Bar, make sure the bartenders actually know what a Negroni is. For $18 I got gin and Campari, but there's no point in asking someone to fix it and add sweet vermouth because that means they don't even know basics. For $18, it should taste like it was made in Florence.
