Great location. Close to state theatre, Sydney tower around the corner. Shops and shopping galore within walking distance. Quality was What you would expect from the Sheraton in relation to high standards. Hotel is across from Hyde park so didn’t feel like hussle Bussell despite being in the CBD.

Nothing. Had no complaints or even “like to have” observations.

The room, Bed and view and the price was a good deal.

I didn't like the coffee machine - it was bad coffee its was not nice and the breakfast was very average. I paid extra for the executive breaky on 21. I wont again.

The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. Getting to and from the airport was so easy.

The bathroom. The lighting in our bathroom wasn't adjustable and water from the shower kept going out onto the floor.
