Courtyard by Marriott - Naples

Not once but twice someone attempted to enter my room without consent or knowledge. The first time was the maintenance man who did not realize the room was occupied. The second time was at midnight and scared me to death as I was traveling alone. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Air conditioning unit smells musty and is loud. If this is how they treat their Bonvoy elite customers, then I would rather show loyalty somewhere else.

Truly disappointed at our experience at this Bonvoy hotel. Our twin room had a linked door to the next room where we could hear someone coughing non-stop. Requested another room. Was allocated a king handicap room. So tired we accepted as it was late. The room reeked of chlorine which caused us to suffer breathing. Did not sleep well. The common area had lots of stains in the carpet, especially in the restaurant area. Some discount offered for the room, but no compensation for a ruined night. The hotel needs to be refurbished or rebuilt. Not a good advert for Bonvoy.

The restaurant had very good food and offered excellent service. Every employee was very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms and great pool

Smell inside elevator let's you know how old it is. Priced like a brand new facility and it's not.
