Location. Just between the main Santa Maria Novella train station and the Duomo. Plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the doors. Also very close to the Mercato Centrale if you want more food choices. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Room should have been well maintained considering the price.. Wallpaper need replacing. No kettle or coffee brewer in the room. Otherwise we are very happy with our stay.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, è comodissimo, in pieno centro. Arredo semplice ma funzionale, ci tornerò sicuramente. Lo Staff alla reception è da menzionare per gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità. Ci siamo trovate molto bene!

Un po di polvere nella stanza, ma una cosa facilmente migliorabile
