For booking guaranteed by a 3rd party, booker needs to fill the authorisation form at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Third party payment is not available for later bookings. More information, please contact the property in advance. For non-refundable bookings, making changes to personal information is not allowed. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form with a copy of credit card before arrival. The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. Please note that Rooms and suites are for accommodation purpose only. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any non-accommodation bookings (including those for wedding purposes). From now to 30 November 2026, all registered in-house guests can enjoy up to 50% savings at our six restaurants, bar and lounge, and for in-room dining. (Discount is not applicable to 10% service charge and alcoholic beverages. Terms and conditions apply.)Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
