Very nice & modern

Window broke & unusable in our room, didn’t mind until a function underneath on the 25th, was so loud until midnight. Light needed at the tea station in the room or lighter colour cups, we kept overfilling as couldn’t see! Work still going on particularly banging in the bar at breakfast!

Location close to city center

not all staff members were friendly, toilet did not stop running after flushing, no response when calling the reception, had to repair myself, room service showed up at 6:30pm

The stuff was polite and helpful. The lobby is quite nice and the location is good.

The rooms are dark, the bed and the pillows are very uncomfortable.And everything is very dusty and dirty.
