Ok, more fresh fruit and granola would be nice.

Room 579 is strange. Very dark and like being in a cave. The "loft" area wasn't really of much use. The bathroom door would not close. Overall the room felt like a dungeon.

A wonderful hotel - many people do not realize that the hotel actually has full apartments, not just rooms. We stayed in the Vespucci apartment, and it was fabulous. From the moment you arrive at this hotel, you are treated like royalty by everyone on the staff. The apartment was stocked with fresh fruits and a selection of bottled waters, the bedrooms were large and so comfortable, the bathrooms were luxurious. The location is just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, so you can walk everywhere. Just a great hotel with great attention paid to every detail.
