I want to recognize Yamelin at the Embassy Suites front desk for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, she made our check-in experience smooth, fast, and welcoming. As an Honors Gold member, she made sure we received all of our Gold member benefits, including our complimentary drink tickets and snacks. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. She even recommended an excellent Cuban restaurant nearby, which turned out to be a fantastic choice. Being able to check in around noon was an unexpected bonus, and she made the entire process quick and effortless. Thank you, Yamelin, for going above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Employees like you are the reason guests look forward to returning. Five-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Decent not for the price tho"

Lounge area was big and nice

15$ parking for me to just drop my stuff off. I rented a car to go see the city from the airport so I stoped checked in took my stuff to my room and when I left they charged me 15$ I already spent 500$ now that horrible

Gorgeous property with a spacious atrium. There were lots of people waiting to check in early and everyone had a comfortable place to wait. I was able to order a drink at the bar and have a snack while waiting. Their system for early check in was informative and worked well. Got in our room about two hours early so that was nice. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and my husband was able to watch a show in the living room while we watched something in the bedroom. There are three sinks in the room and everyone has plenty of space to get ready. You get 2 free drinks and snacks every evening and a hot custom, made to order breakfast.

Property is next to the airport so of course, lots of airplanes flying over, but it really wasn’t bad.
