"My stay was disappointing."

The staff was very accommodating, especially considering there were many complaints from us and other guests. I have stayed there before and had a lovely time. This time, things were dirty in the room (like mold in the widows and smudges in the blinds). Most of the hotel facilities were also off limits to guest due to special parties going on. Even the pool was often off limits. I would never stay here again. It was an extreme disappointment. Nothing like it used to be. One bright point was that the staff was impeccable. The beds are still confortable too.

"Why advertise a nice pool when you book it out to private parties so guests lose access?!"

Good location, some nice areas

Booking obnoxious private parties by the pool for 2/3 days we were there so you couldnโ€™t enjoy what you paid for! Mixed experience with staff, some lovely, some couldnโ€™t care less, same with food there were some decent dishes but others were trash. It feels tired in certain areas and certainly feels like it is struggling compared to previous years. Short sighted cash grabbing rather than making great experiences for guests. Will not be returning!
