La zona ormai è una casbah. Ho dovuto parcheggiare nel garage perché fuori spaccano i vetri delle macchine. Mi spiace davvero sono un cliente affezionato dell’hotel

Tanta moquete... troppo!

Not clean, extremely dusty. This is noticeable from reception till the room. Very old hotel that needs renovation to be brought up to modern standards

very nice large rooms, located near the metro station (even if we we unlucky to be during the general strike), great breakfast, parking available also for large cars, friendly staff

it’s how it is constructed, but I didn’t like that the breakfast is in the underground with no windows or terrace

Останавливались в этом отеле на одну ночь и остались очень довольны. Отличное расположение — всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от метро, поэтому было очень удобно добираться до всех основных достопримечательностей. Номер оказался просторным, очень чистым и комфортным. Особенно понравилась огромная удобная кровать с мягкими подушками — спали просто замечательно. Полотенца качественные и приятные, что тоже создавало ощущение хорошего уровня отеля. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — всё было очень вкусно, хороший выбор блюд и свежие продукты. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и смело рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто планирует поездку в Милан.

- Excellent service: The staff were polite, friendly, and very quick to resolve issues whenever we brought them up. - Convenient location: The hotel is located very close to the metro station, which made getting around the city very easy. - Cleanliness & Breakfast: The room amenities and linens were clean and tidy, and the breakfast provided was quite good with a nice selection.

- Dated facilities & poor sleep: The building and amenities are quite old. Although the mattress was decent, the pillows and duvet were very uncomfortable, which resulted in a poor night's sleep. - Room configuration error: We booked a room for 3 beds, but upon arrival, there were only 2 beds in the room. Fortunately, the reception handled it quickly and sent someone to add the extra bed right away. - Miscommunication about slippers: Before check-in, I asked multiple times (both via online messaging and directly at the front desk) whether slippers were provided in-room or upon request. I was repeatedly told they would be in the room. However, there weren't any when we entered. We had to report it and wait for them to be delivered to our room. - Pest issue: We encountered a live cockroach on the floor of our room at night, and unfortunately, saw another one in the lobby during check-out. - Noisy AC: The AC unit made a continuous rattling and vibrating noise the entire time it was running, which was quite bothersome. - Broken mini-bar: The fridge was not cooling at all, leaving all the drinks inside warm.
