Overall good. Clean, lovely lawns, polite staff. Good House keeping . Efficent and responsive. Nice Breakfast.

A lady at the front desk named payal was hard of understanding. Inspite of giving her the date and time for the cab she kept on repeating the wrong day and date. Seemed quite obstinate. Better staff required at the front desk. Dinner buffet was too full. More like a free for all. More space and better service at Dinner required.

Our stay at Trident Agra was excellent. We were a group of four along with kids, and the staff made the experience truly special for our family. Everyone was super polite, very attentive to the kids’ needs, and they really pampered them with warmth and care. The hospitality, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding.

The pool experience was awesome. Breakfast and dinner wer also up to the standard.

They should work on entertainment options specially for kids and for adults as well.

This property has a lovely vibe to it. The pool area is fantastic and was so relaxing to hang out in after a day of sightseeing. The staff are very attentive and happy to do anything for you. Very close to Taj Mahal as well.

The rooms were a little tired and small but very comfortable .
