Our family had a wonderfully happy and comfortable stay at the [Trident Hotel. The exceptional service, great amenities, and cozy rooms made it truly memorable.

The dining experience deserves special recognition. Dinner service started promptly at 7 PM, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The fish preparations, in particular, were absolutely exceptional—so much so that my wife is still talking about them! The entire Food & Beverage team delivered a flawless experience. Special thanks to Anish, Anubhab, Vipul Grison, and Tara. What stood out was their genuine warmth and sincerity. Their conversations never felt scripted or superficial; they truly cared about our comfort, preferences, and overall experience. I would also like to thank the Head Chef, who graciously invited me into the kitchen and encouraged me to share my own experience with non-vegetarian cooking. Despite his expertise, he remained incredibly humble and remarked, "Sir, we can always learn from anyone." That humility and openness left a lasting impression on me. Overall, I would rate the F&B experience a perfect 10/10.

One minor observation from our stay: there was a large sightseeing group that arrived on 16th June. While I completely understand that everyone is entitled to enjoy their vacation, this particular group seemed to confuse a five-star luxury property with a village fair. At one point during lunch, a spoon was casually borrowed directly from my table without so much as a "May I?"—which was certainly a unique dining experience! The buffet area often resembled the opening seconds of a Black Friday sale rather than a relaxed luxury dining venue. Some guests appeared so enthusiastic about the food offerings that one could be forgiven for thinking they had been fasting since the previous decade. This isn't a criticism of anyone's background, as good manners have nothing to do with social or economic status. Courtesy, respect for fellow guests, and appreciation of the atmosphere are universal values. A luxury hotel experience depends not only on excellent staff but also on a certain level of consideration among guests. Perhaps the management could gently monitor and guide group behavior when necessary. After all, "Right of Admission Reserved" should ideally include preserving the comfort and dignity of all guests—not just ensuring they gain admission. Thankfully, this was only a small blemish on an otherwise outstanding stay.

The AC stopped working and someone had to be called at 11pm in the night to fix it The order placed for the breakfast to go (that was placed a night before) was missed by the staff completely and ended up delaying our checkout by 1 hr.
