The Oriental Jade Hotel

The hospitality and friendliness of staff..Area was also clean.

This is one, if not the best stay, ever in recent years. It is clearly a 10/10. Everything is perfect. Luxurious but accessible. Low key luxurious i would say. The breakfast is amazing. I eat on premise also and the food was good.

Some guess with children do not follow rules at the pool and jump and i got splash a few occasions. The problem is not the kids or the hotel but the inconsiderate parents.

Loved everything about the hotel. The location, facilities and the staff. They were warm, friendly.and very helpful. It was very kind of them to arrange a gift for me when I checked out. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hanoi.

The staff was very observant and met my needs before I even vocalized them at times. I never had to open my own door or ask for refreshments. The hospitality staff was so respectful and kind that I didn’t want to leave. The cleanliness of the rooms made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would love to visit again. The location was great for quick access to anything I wanted.

When Visiting Hanoi I can’t recommend highly enough the Oriental Jade Hotel. Hospitality, customer service and location is ideal for the whole family and groups of friends . They are highly accommodating and nothing is too much effort for them. 10 out of 10 for hospitality and service fabulous breakfasts and the pool bar is a refreshing break from the heat on the streets.
