Lovely property - great vibes - some rooms under construction but don’t bother us at all - great hospitality and treatment from Caroline and the rest of the crew .

Firstly, the staff are the most exceptional in the hotel from the moment you entered you see the welcoming and hospitality, I reached early the room wasn't ready but they expedited to be arranged offering me early checking (Thanks Gina), The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and great view of the pool, The pool itself is exceptional and room service, restaurants, house keeping all was top notch, The location of course just opposite the museum phenomeninal, Best place for escape away, enjoying pool, and resting away from the rush, Even i extended my stay for further 4 days.

Only if breakfast cuisines could vary more from one day to another.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is extremely attentive. The location is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The hotel's tour operator is very efficient and helpful. A perfect stay. Highly recommended. My second stay, great location opposite GEM and Pyramids nearby. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good, Pool is lovely as is view of pyramids. They're currently adding a spa which will be a treat.

Rooms could use some refurbishment

Mi estancia en Steigenberger Pyramids Cairo fue excelente. El hotel es de lujo, muy cómodo y con instalaciones muy bonitas. Todo el personal fue sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comida estuvo deliciosa, con muy buen sabor y variedad. En general, todo estuvo impecable y disfruté muchísimo mi estadía. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería encantada.

Pleasant staff, friendly behaviour, eagerness to help, especially buffet was amazingly gorgeous. So many varieties with excellent taste and staff hospitality.

Nothing special. The prices for lamosine taxi service, and your packages were overpriced but safe and secured with good for money.

Room cleaning

Location and facilities were excellent. Really pretty bungalow. All new and comfortable.

There was sewage smell during the stay, but I suppose it’s not permanent problem.
