The location was great, near the Temple Street Market and Jade Market as well as bus stops and the Jordan MRT station. It was also hosting an exhibition which was fun. Apart from that there was a large selection of restaurants in the hotel to choose from.

Cleanliness can be improved. I found the bathroom especially dirty with the toilet pan stained and the grout and door of the bathroom looked dirty. The carpet also had a slight damp smell. So I feel like the cleanliness could be improved upon. I also noticed after room cleaning had come in that a surface had not been properly wiped down. The windows don’t open and with HK humidity I felt suffocated with the dampness even with the AC on

So many nice things to say! The staff was very king, the place is beautiful and vibrant! Lots of food options and nice amenities (gym & pool on the 21st). Also went to a Talk & event on the Music Room. So nice ! Loved it.
