Acomodação que apesar da localização não tem ar condicionado. Parece ser algo da rede NH na Europa que não deixa acionar o ar condicionado, pois no NH Bolonha que estava antes aconteceu a mesma coisa. Ao questionar o atendente sempre uma desculpa, falando que a Prefeitura de Veneza não permite. Amigos hospedados em outros hotéis de Veneza na mesma época não tiveram problema algum… e a solução encontrado por ambos os hotéis da rede NH (Bolonha e Veneza) foi me darem um ventilador e me mandarem abrir as janelas… ou seja não dormi pelo barulho intenso em ambos os hotéis… péssimo…. Nem a proximidade da estação de trem compensa!!!! NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDAREI NA REDE NH

Good breakfast, excellent location, friendly staff

The room was very hot because the hotel didn’t turn on the central air conditioning yet. Opening the windows wasn’t an option because of the mosquitoes. Also, the water pressure was bad and some of the lights didn’t work.

This property could not be more perfectly located in Venice. The staff is amazing. The front desk staff went above and beyond. The room was a decr size and fit our needs well. You are very close to the train station and to the water taxis. The decor is beautiful.

The possibility to have a AC lower in the rooms. Some noise from the Alleyway.

Everything location, neatness, staff...etc.

They made me go thru couple of back and forth on reservation because of some communication gaps between booking.com and Property facility team.
