THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

Location is fantastic - close to Shinbashi station which has many lines. Across the street is Lawson and downstairs Level 2 is Family Mart Laundry services available though you should not iverload the dryer because the machine is both a washer and dryer. Can borrow umbrellas on rainy day. Service by reception and information desk was exceptional! Went above and beyond to help us with directions and arranging luggage delivery service. Bed and pillows were comfortable

Generally all hotel rooms in Japan tend to be smaller, felt this one is average size as well Slight odour in the room but could be due to the dehumidifier machine in the room

The location and the staff

It was disappointing after staying at the blossom in Kyoto - less facilities for guests. Also not a fan of two lifts to access the property.

Love that this hotel has laundry rooms. Also one of the few hotels in this area that allows for 3 people in one room. My family and I also enjoyed the lounge w/ complimentary drinks and coffee, and we used the pizza vending machine a few times-- very tasty! Fantastic city views from our rooms; wonderful friendly english-speaking staff.

The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey for what it was. A little hard to find seating for family of 5.

Have stayed many times before. Perfect location
