Hotel Royal

This hotel was fabulous and very central to all you need if staying in Vienna. The facilities were wonderful, especially the Firenze restaurant downstairs. This is where you have breakfast, but in the afternoon and night it is a busy restaurant and the food is incredible. I also dined at Settimo Cielo rooftop and it was excellent. The staff are amazing the room is incredible and very spacious. There is a lift but the stairs were easily done. I loved the walk in robe. I'd stay again and again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress protector made me sweat.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, efficient and clean room.

No water included in the room, provided as minibar extra. Restaurant gave us other guests bill twice. However, they were easily corrected with no debate - so very service oriented.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The shower floods onto the bathroom floor. Not much option to hang towels in the bathroom.
