Hotel Savoy Moscow

We loved the Savoy in Moscow… felt like we were living a dream with music played in the breakfast restaurant. Staff were excellent. Close to Red Square… just a delightful walk.

Great location.. friendly staff daniel and archum are the best so are the rest of the staff were very helpful.. room are clean aminities are available will be my choice for sure whenever i come to moscow again thank u for making our stay easy and enjoyable

Very good hotel. Definitely will be my choice if I visit again Help is everywhere, English speaking and welcoming staff. Nice pool Has A/C Very clean Room service is very good Payment can ne made by payment link, it saved me from struggling with cash very much. Taxi assistance, direction guidance. there was a bad smell in the room and they couldn't resolve it. Breakfast was poor. Gym was so far away from the rooms and small. poor equipment location is very good employees were helpful nice view but could be one of my last options in Moscow

The worst 5 stars hotel, First of all we received the room so late, there is no compensation. The AC doesn’t work. They changed the room and same situation. They gave us room in second floor which so noisy at night we couldn’t sleep. The electricity disconnect at night. We told them that we are celebrating our anniversary, to be honest this was the worst celebration. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn’t worth the value of money.

Great location. Room was clean with all the amneties needed during the stay. Wifi was good, no issues. Sleep quality good. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Coffee at breakfast could be better, maybe a better machine.. Just my view. Thanks.

The hotel is minutes from the Kremlin and other attractions. It was very convenient for me. The staff is nice, food is great, clean and very homey. Staying there again in a month.
