Excellent location on a quiet street in the centre Excellent coffeeshop across the street (the hit) and another excellent one around the corner (Bagherra) If that’s yer thing then 2 really good coffeeshops on your the doorstep of the hotel Lovely interior good breakfast great rooms and helpful staff

Comfy bed and good pillows. Breakfast was good albeit a little chaotic due to conference. Location is central.

Cleaning staff unable to have room cleaned by 2pm and then loud talking outside room whilst trying to have a siesta.

No body wasz under shower.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el personal de recepción y en general es muy abamble, la habitación muy agradable, de buen tamaño

Me parecio un poco elevada la tarifa y el tamaño del baño y especificamente de tina y regadera es muy compacto.

Great ambience for my taste, excellent location and very friendly and super helpful staff. Liked the bar and its food and very comfortable beds.

There was no concierge over two days that we wanted to get some advice, so little help with navigating the location. The street around was a bit rough and dirty, no doorman or greeting, but the reception staff were great and always smiling and did their best to help. Our room was not made up one day due to a high occupancy and there were some gaps in the presentation on the room, so perhaps some staffing shortages in what I felt was a quite high priced hotel.
