Definitely the location and the entrance. They have one amazing breakfast place Sadelle’s, lovely food, a bit pricier but tasty.

Quite some things we didn’t like and it would be the reason why not to book it again: AC - all of us got ill from even going through hallways as AC was too strong, felt like winter time. Beds- way too soft. Smell in the bathroom when opening water was not pleasant, smelled like sewer. 5.30AM someone started hammering, not sure what it was, we were on the 6th floor, felt like something is going on on the 7th. Happening everyday from5 AM onward, started drilling and continued up to 9.30 😬. We were there from 22.6.- 25.6.2026 What makes our experience worst at the check out on the counter desk, Lady argued USD is higher than EUR, had quite and attitude about it, didn’t know that they charged my husband’s credit card with 1.400 USD at the check in and why. We have had an hour argument before manager stepped in and solved it. Very disappointed.

Love the location and the feel of the hotel. In general the staff at the bars and restaurants are amazing.

My wife thinks she left a necklace in our room after we had checked out. When we contacted the hotel the response wasn’t very helpful and didn’t have any empathy so it was a slight negative on the overall experience.
