Always enjoy our stay at Fiesta Americana! Staff is wonderful and the food is great! Pool area is wonderful, very spacious, you can choose a more lively spot or a nice quiet area for your pool day, stretch of beach is the best! We loved La Cevicheria was amazing, we had fresh grilled shrimp tacos almost every day for lunch. Staff Ramiro, Isaias, Francisco, Henry and Isidro treated us like family and were very attentive. Entertainment Nestor, Melissa and Diana kept the party going, from salsa lessons to trivia they did not disappoint. Can't wait to return!!!!

Everything was good as expected, food, service and all facilities. The employees were all very helpful and went out of their way if we needed something. Actually one server around the pool and beach was a hoot (JJ), very funny guy. Great trip.

Had a great time with everything. The food and drinks were exceptional. we ate at your Italian and Mexican restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffets were great too. Spent all our time at the cabana's outside on the comfy king size beds getting food and drinks by the waiter staff. Also, the swimming pools were clean and beautiful.

The only negative commentary I can recall was at check in the VIP Reservationist said that we were going to get a free bottle of tequila delivered to our room for free. That was never done and even when I brought it up their attention, they only made excuses as to why it was never delivered. What a disappointment.

Great place to visit for a few days. Hotel is not big so it's very walkable.Nice beach, nice pool and great food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Rooms a bit older but clean. Now...service- outstanding! Special thanks to Eligio and Osvaldo for keeping our glasses full.Elena from guest services was super helpful, we appreciate her help. Overall it was a stress free and very relaxing weekend
