I lke the location, the reception is nice, small tuck shop available, staff are nice. I didnt have time to try the food as. left before it would have been available.

My one gripe is got a double bed in by booking but ended up with 2 singles.. Didnt have time or want to complain about it as it was a short stay.

Air conditioning worked great

The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Room cleanliness was disappointing. We found the same unwashed and unreplaced glasses in our room the following day. In the bathroom, our personal belongings were moved every time the room was cleaned. On one occasion, my toothbrush was left lying on the sink with the brush head touching the surface, which was unhygienic. Overall, I did not feel the hotel offered good value for the price I paid. I had also expected the location to be much closer to the city center. The rooms were relatively small, and the soundproofing was poor—you could easily hear everything from the neighboring rooms.
