Panorama Ramsis Hotel & Cafe

I was horrified by this hotel when I arrived with my wife from UK. The place is still being built. It's unsafe and very dirty. We booked it via Opodo. Which is a nightmare to deal with as its all Bot responce. Cockroachs in bedroom and bathroom. Smelly Duet and stained bedroom walls.

Opodo is recommending this building site We stayed in room 907 woke in the morning open the door and picked our way through the brick rubble to access the restaurant Moved to room 804 and did the same as before 3 days later we were moved to room 710 no brick rubble outside the door but we had to climb 4 flights of stairs avoiding the brick rubble to access the restaurant The lifts work maybe for 2 hours a day then you must avoid the building materials and the builders This was supposed to be a holiday instead it was a nightmare OPODO you should hang your heads in shame

Dirty, noisy, very old/ broken and in the middle of a dirty and run down area. Pictures are a scam and not of the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful and their food is nice, but overall I do not recommend this hotel

The hotel area in the old city Ramsis very crowded places, the old very old, the view from windows not good, now private parking, need more important, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the aminits poor, the guest elevator old and the staff using for removing the garbage,

No pool dirty area no pool and rude Cust service

This hotel seems under renovation. the rooms I stayed is clean, quite exceeded my expectation as I saw the reviews before the trip. The service staff is friendly and helpful. The window is small which helped to reduce the noise in the street. The hardware in room still need sone repair, for example the brand new air conditioner leaks wheb it is on.

Clean hotel and very helpful stuff, specially the housekeeping stuff the rooms are very clean and the Wi-Fi speed is amazing the hotel as free coffee and tea in the rooms. Also the bathrooms are very clean the restaurant has very good food and the reception is very helpful they helped me with everything I need Ps the hot water is amazing I would definitely recommend the hotel to all guest

I had amazing stay very friendly stuff , food so delicious feeling like home all stuff very helpful,specially merna guest relation so friendly and helpful High recommended definitely will book for this hotel again when I will be in Cairo every thing so close as location for hotel in center of Cairo
