The Hotel was right in the central city and very close to key attractions and shopping streets. Staff were helpful, kind and there was always a warm smile at the reception desk. They had great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Primo

Nothing to dislike

Unbelievably good. Stayed during a heatwave and the pool and balcony were easily a highlight of our time in Florence. Went from having a trip to being on vacation. The staff and attendants were amazing, and what a breakfast! True gem that’s very nicely located.

Small bathroom.

Good hotel in a convenient location near railway station but only a 10 minute walk to the main attractions. There is a pool which they say is open from 1st June but we were there in May and people were using it. There is a rooftop bar from which you can see the Duomo but drinks are expensive.

Minimal wardrobe space with a hanging rail going front to back instead of sideways, which would have been more convenient (and longer). The limited hanging space was filled with about 10 really large hangers. Thinner ones would have given more space for a couple staying for 5 days. Also, there were no drawers for underwear etc.
