"Would not pick this hotel again. There are plenty better"

Check in staff knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Room, though very dated, was very clean and well serviced. Sheets and towels all good. Felt staff did their best with dated buildings and facilities.

Walls super thin. Loud noises. Had to turn off the a/c which was so creaky, noisy and impossible to sleep with it on. Not great in 90 degrees temps. Noise from car park and people walking past room. Breakfast was awful. Very poor quality and choice of everything. Left without having any.

"Not worth it"

Staff was rude didn't explain about breakfast or facilities at check in. Room smelled gave us a high floor im disabled & have trouble walking. I asked for extra blankets they said they were sold out. It was a bad experience. They hardly put anything out for breakfast & put it away early. Dropped food was all over

"Very clean updated hotel"

All I can say is the pictures are true the cleanest room we ever stayed in and the room was huge. The front desk lady was very nice. The breakfast attendant was so very nice. Sausage gravy for breakfast wasn't expected, we loved it. We made use of the pool which we had to ourselves, was so relaxing. We will be returning when we are in the florence area again.
