The view was beautiful. Staff were friendly. The rooms were outdated and dirty. Broken fixtures and run down hotel. Our balcony doors wouldnโ€™t close and bathroom had broken fixtures. Power plug sockets also broken. A chaotic lobby.

Check in processing is slow and takes long time. It should be here is my ID and here is your room key as anywhere abroad. Long lines of guests waiting to check in while each guest takes significant time to process the check in. In front of main entrance there is aggressiveness and shouting in not making Uber cars or any car wait for their customer for at least two minutes and making cars not stop and keep going in circles around the entrance until the customer arrives to main entrance.
