Ich war nun zum 2. Mal im Hotel Motto und ich komme gerne wieder! Es ist sehr sauber, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen! Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Lage des Hotel direkt an der Mariahilferstrasse ist toll! Ich mag das französische Chic sehr gerne!

Hotellet var ganska bra och lever nog på sin 20- tals atmosfär. Men tyvärr så levde inte någon av bedömningskategorierna upp till hotellets prisnivå. Hotellet höll god standard men varken städning, hotellets fräschhet eller servicenivå höll högsta klass. Den personal vi träffade på var inte överdrivet serviceinriktad eller välkomnande. Någon frukost serverades inte på hotellet (men man kunde boka a la carte frukost på hotellets restaurang) Läget var ok, men lite långt ifrån Innerstadt.
