Everything was great, starting from the reception and check-in process. Ms. Hadeer was amazing—professional, very friendly, and very helpful. She greatly assisted us with an early check-in, which made our stay much more comfortable. The room was excellent, with a beautiful Nile and pool view. The facilities were outstanding, and everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
