Très bien placé, et les équipements sont vraiment top (machine à laver, étendoir, café, parapluie, etc.). petit appartement assez sympa et facile d'accès.

Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et, malheureusement, l’isolation n’était pas au top. On entendait tout ce qu’il se passait dans la rue la nuit. Il y a avait aussi un velux dont nous ne pouvions pas fermer le store.
