Nothing. Very rude staff

They want to scam, and told your payment is refunded with any email or proof, they want customers pay at property and than he have to claim to booking.com, very unprofessional

"Nice room, terrible breakfast"

Room was clean, elevator extremely slow, breakfast was terrible. Sausage was awful, community bowl of yogurt with mashed up berries; no waffle machine, just frozen waffles

Spacious room, pretty clean & not worm-looking.

Bed is ridiculously too high! I had to sleep on the couch some as I couldn’t get in the bed! Not enough grab bars in the shower. Shower should have wand shower, not fixed. Only 2 handicap parking spaces for 134 rooms!!!..seriously?!?! Frig needed freezer box!

"Terrible staff and training."

This location is fine but that staff is so poorly trained it’s an embarrassment to Hyatt. We arrived at 12:30 PM on a Friday and are WOH members. I asked to check in early because we had young kids who needed a nap and we came from a long journey. Housekeeping staff and other hotel employees said there were rooms available but front desk refused. When we asked why they said they’ve been trained to say no even if the rooms are ready. They allowed us to check in after 2:30 to rooms that were ready from before our arrival…it was just plain mean. Do not go here.

"Columbus stay"

The room was very clean and comfortable. Had the best night's sleep, the next was so comfortable. Staff was very welcoming!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Exceptional hotel!
