Jamie at the front desk was phenomenal. He made the check in process go smoothly. Jamie gets an A+ for his customer service skills because it's not easy dealing with the public. He's a keeper.

There are no mini refrigerators, microwave and no fan in the bathroom. I know people don't come to Las Vegas to stay in their rooms but the fridge and microwave would be nice to have.

Location on Fremont was great.

Toilet didn't work when we got there. After calling the front desk they sent a maintenance person with a plunger. It worked for a bit. Happened again, was moved rooms. Seems crazy that an upscale hotel doesn't have a coffee pot in the room. When you have a double room seems like enough towels and pillows would be provided. Thank goodness most of the staff was great. Will pick something different next time.
