For the price, we were close enough to the convention center. The cost for parking was reasonable. The washer and dryer worked very well. Bacon at breakfast was very good. The internet worked so we were able to work remotely with no issues. The refrigerator and microwave was nice to have. The AC worked very well. The beds were very comfortable. The water bottle filler was nice to refill water. The pools looked nice but did not get in.

We killed 2 roaches inside the room.

The vibe in total it feels so at home it’s a great area for me and my family to stay at. I don’t worry about other people since everyone is sober and well.

I previously stayed at this hotel in 2022 and had a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, fresh, the location was excellent, and the overall standards were good. Unfortunately, my recent stay was a huge disappointment. I am disabled, so having a clean, safe, and well-maintained room is particularly important i did make them aware. Sadly, the room was filthy, the carpets were heavily stained and sticky, there was an unpleasant smell throughout, the bathroom shower would not drain properly, the internet did not work for me, and the room door kept sticking. I also left with what appeared to be insect bites after my stay. When I went to reception for assistance with the internet and to ask a few other questions, communication was extremely difficult. I was told by the receptionist her English was limited as she was PuertoRican, and I was given a telephone number to call instead, but there was no answer. Before leaving, I reported all of these issues to the hotel manager. I received no sincere apology, no offer to investigate or resolve the problems, and no goodwill gesture despite the condition of the room and the impact the stay had on me. I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed. I was also told I was given a room which had a view of International Drive, but that was not teue, for me to see International Drive I would have to come out of the Room, stand on a side angle and try to look through the trees. It is such a shame to see how much this hotel has declined since my previous visit. Based on my recent experience, I cannot recommend staying here. The cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service fell far below the standard I expected.

Unfortunately we had a disappointing experience at Rosen Inn - would not choose to stay here again. The hotel was ok as a base for visiting the parks but the cleanliness standards were not what we expected… The room and hotel areas felt quite dirty, and we also had issues with noise from dogs barking and whining throughout the day, which made it difficult to relax after long days out. The biggest disappointment was having a personal item taken from our room during housekeeping (taken whilst we were out). I reported it immediately and completed a lost & found form, but despite chasing this several times during our stay, I received no updates or resolution. After returning home, I contacted Guest Services twice to request reimbursement for the item and received an acknowledgement stating someone would respond within 48 hours. Three weeks later, I still have had no response… It’s disappointing because the issue itself was small, but the lack of communication, ownership and customer service made the situation much worse! Another issue during our stay was the constant pressure from Wyndham services staff. We were approached repeatedly every day when trying to book a park shuttle, despite making it clear we were not interested. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, modern or comfortable place to relax after busy days. I stayed here 7 years ago too and unfortunately very little appears to have changed, the hotel feels dated and in need of updating. If you are only looking for a basic place to sleep and store your bags while spending most of your time at the parks, then it may be suitable, but I would not choose to stay here again based on the cleanliness, outdated condition and the poor handling of issues during our stay.
