Very difficult to converse with staff due to language problem. None of them could understand or converse in English which includes senior managers. However, these managers showed alacrity in trying to solve our complaints. The materials and dexterity however, was lacking.

The rooms were designed in a long row. So long that our tired limbs almost gave way. Very small rooms for a charge of 100 USD per day. The bed was oddly rickety and somehow sloped on both sides so that you had to make an effort not to slide down to the floor. Hot water in shower became suddenly cold and unbearable. The shower cubicle was badly designed and there was a water logging in the whole bathroom with danger of making it slippery. the main door was poorly fitting in the frame. Every person talking or wheeling its luggage in the corridor made noise that was terrible for a sound sleep. In order to alleviate these problems we succeeded in getting the rooms changed three times in the night but in vain. The problems were progressively worse. So we gave up. Everytime we complained the senior manager would make a big show of shouting at his deputies which functionally produced no results. Only some respite on charges for Breakfast, which unfortunately stale and uninviting. The IMAGE of name

Shuttle bus was really poor. Waited for 20 min expecting departure to airport and had to speak to reception to get it to go. No sense of customer service at all

The restaurant location is good & d food quality and taste is satisfactory.

Room service could be improved by ensuring that the bar code is working.
