First of all, this hotel is exceptional—from the outstanding staff to the excellent facilities. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There was one evening when I called to report a noise issue, and the staff responded promptly. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was resolved, which I truly appreciated. I also want to mention the tram service to the park. It was incredibly convenient, and the driver was friendly and courteous. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt well taken care of. I absolutely loved staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Excellent facilities and cleanliness of room.

We were unable to park our hire car due to the very high cost of parking per night. Surely this should be low cost or free with the price of the rooms. There were loads of spaces left empty, probably due to the cost, but we had to try to find parking across the street everyday. I would have given the hotel an excellent rating if it wasn’t for the parking issue.

Very clean. Great style in the room and common areas. The restaurant was good. The pool area is nice and my kid loved being able to pop between the hot tub and the pool, while watching a movie. The shuttle to and from Universal was also super helpful.

The only think I didn’t like is how soft the beds are. It was really tough on my back.

Almost everything- it was so clean, staff was very nice, the location to Universal Studios and Brady Bunch house was perfect!

The air conditioning unit was very loud during the night, turning off and on. It woke me up many times.
