Very nice hotel, great location and view, amazing roof top terrace with a clean not very small adult pool and a bar, cozy room, comfy bed, nice breakfast, perfect Wi-Fi, friendly people, parking spots always available

House keeping was so so, not very clean and neat

"It was ok, for a 4 stars hotel, some work to rooms and menus will lift hotel’s level and standing"

Location, and staff amazing service ( Mona housekeeping, Youstina(s) , Youseff FO, Ahmed from Bistro, Bavli & Mohamed (RS)

Rooms very old, carpets, furniture, bathtub slippery and dangerous, not suitable for handicap or elderly Menus very limited and food not consistent between room service and restaurant plus you don’t get what is described in menu ( club sandwich ordered from room service was cheese and cold beef!! . Two eggs anyway breakfast , asked for fried, got omelette!!?
