great room - spacious, comfortable bed (not too soft) and pillows, the gym was very well equipped. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. it's a great stay really.

the parking was a little bit complicated to get to (though staff were helpful), the location isn't the most accessible by foot - it is near CIQ but quite a long detour by car.

The staff were friendly and awesone..prompt to u queries

Just that its near the checkpoint and u might be caught up in tbe massive jam

Room is very spacious and has a mini kitchen for reheating food and sink for washing. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located on the 'wrong' side of the Central area. You can see the hotel but cannot cross over due to the heavy construction in the area. Even the cars got to make a big round to reach the hotel.

The staff is helpful The property is clean and rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable

The decor is a bit bare - empty spaces which make the room feel cold . Location although not far from CIQ , it’s a bit challenging to walk to if with luggage and children . It prob will be better when the train station is up as it’s next to it . Right now, it’s inconvenient.
