"Bad experience"

The worst experience I have had in the past ten years!!! After reading some good reviews I booked three rooms for me and my partners, after driving eight hours we arrived, checked in and went down to have something to eat before getting a much needed rest. We ordered the bill, the visa did not work and the waiter explained that only local visas work, we wanted to pay in dollars he explained he can't take dollars and I should exchange at the front desk, we went to the front desk the lady explained that they can't exchange at the hotel and that we have to go to a money exchange place that is a 17 minute walk at 11pm, I asked since we are staying here for three nights can we pay tomorrow, she explained that it is not possible, so we walked to the place she told us to go to, and it was closed, we came back to the hotel and explained that the place is closed and we are willing to put a deposit until tomorrow and we can sort it out tomorrow, we are not going anywhere and the bill is only for two burgers and a salad! She asked me to wait and the manager, will come, up until now, believe it or not I am still surprised at this situation but not upset, what happened next is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! the manager came, I think his name is sergi and said that you must pay now and you must pay in rubble, and we called the exchange place and it's open and he is basically telling me in my face that I am lying! I told him we just came back from the place and its Closed, I asked him what should I do now, he said I will call you a taxi and you Will go to the place now! I told him this is your solution? He said yes! I told him wow! Complete disregard for trying to find a suitable solution, I told him that we dont have rubles to pay for the taxi, he said the taxi will wait until you exchange and then you can pay him! I said since you called the place and its open you will tell the taxi where the place is, he said OK, taxi came sergi was no where to be found! The lady at the reception went to the taxi and explained in detail where the exchange place is, it turns out that by mistake she gave us a different address the first time and the original address for the exchange place was inside the holiday in and the one she sent us to the first time was near the holiday in, anyway we exchanged money went back to the hotel, paid for the burgers and explained to the nice lady that you should have told us that the exchange place was inside the holiday in, she apologized for her mistake The interaction we had with the manager is something I have never experienced before and I dont think I will, and for sure not appropriate for such a hotel chain hotel What a shame instead of resting early I am up at 1am writing this out of frustration not because of the policy of paying in rubles which I totally understand but because of the way it was handled, completely unprofessional and complete disregard for trying to find a solution for the guest of the hotel and a horrible attitude

"Great services and hospitality"

Service standards are high, way above American and European hotels. Responsible and responsive staff, quick to act and attentive. Good quality hotel. Moscow is a beautiful city with wide roads and pavements and modern amenities.

"Good but with room for improvement"

Radisson Blu, a luxurious hotel in the heart of Moscow’s Olympic area, offered a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The friendly front desk staff, particularly Darya, provided comprehensive information and assistance throughout my stay. I was delighted to be accommodated in a spacious, comfortable room on the 22nd floor, offering a breathtaking city view. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise, featuring an assortment of fresh fruits and delectable pastries. However, I must admit that the scrambled eggs, a buffet staple, could have been more flavorful. Additionally, the sweets offered lacked the same taste level as those found in other venues. One aspect that disappointed me was the pricing of food items in the lobby. While the prices were reasonable for the food quality, I found them a bit excessive compared to other hotels in the area. For instance, a single espresso price tripled the regular price, which seemed excessive. Another downside was the limited availability of late checkouts, which can be inconvenient for travelers with flexible schedules. Despite these minor flaws, Radisson Blu offers a range of amenities and is conveniently located in the heart of Moscow. However, there is room for improvement in food pricing and late checkout options. Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel and would recommend it to travelers seeking a luxurious and well-located accommodation in Moscow.

"Quiet rooms"

"A good hotel, spacious room, and a wonderful view of Moscow. Friendly and helpful reception who assisted with a situation that arose. Yulia(guest experience manager was so helpful and the best manager ever. Breakfast was delicious And fresh.

"Hotel for those who like adventure on a…"

The worst hotel ever!!! Don’t choose this hotel. Staff is not customer oriented in every country. No feedback from hotel management. Ran away from this hotel. Be careful. Even for honor guests the worst service ever!!! Choose wisely nearby any hotel, not this one

"Below par for this Radisson."

Not the cleanest hotel. Am staying at the hotel right now and they do not empty the garbage daily. You have to request this simple service and the sign for cleaning is not consistent with other Radisson of similar size/class in the Baltic area. Very confusing. Limited amenities as well. Bathroom tiles not very clean either. Breakfast buffet is spread out on the 1st floor with minimal choices compared to the other Radisson again. They are using different t stations to make it appear that there are lots of choices. Not recommended

This hotel fulfills everything you expect from the Radisson hotel chain. Clean and well-decorated rooms, beautiful view, regular housekeeping, varsity and fresh food for breakfasts, pleasant and English-speaking employees, good location! Omg; I’m sure that I will stay in this hotel if I go to Moscow aging. :)

"One of the best hotels in moscow"

One of the best Hotel in Moscow, modern style, 5 star and offer a panoramic view for the guest. An experience that will not forget. The team was helpful and mindful. Elya in reception was very kind and professional. All the the facilities needed near the hotel like Supermarket restaurants and so far. The only thing that may some guests not like is that, hotel is far from center with 15 mins. But for me it was not an issue and it is my second time to stay in.

"I liked everything "

Very decent price, comfy bed, excellent view and a copious breakfast. Although it's not in the tourist heart of the city, it's just 3-4 blocks to the M2 bus that gets you to Red Square in 15 minutes. I couldn't figure out how the bathtub drain worked, but that was sole/minor complaint.
