It was 34 degrees outside in Munich, but in our hotel room it was 40 degrees, because the air conditioning was not working (when I asked the staff they said it is automatic air conditioning for the whole hotel). We stayed at the room with four beds, 4 persons in a small room so there was no air at all in the room. Our room did not have a mini fridge and the water they put in the room was warm. The staff at the reception was ok, except one girl had an attitude, she wanted to give only one key card to four persons for the room, we did not get the wifi password, if she had to explain something to us she was extra salty acted like she is above us. Breakfast was ok.
