"Great location and shuttle if you have an AM flight"

Good location because it is near the airport and has a shuttle. Marriott standard rooms. However, the hotel bar was jam packed and no spots. If you want to eat at a hotel bar, go to Champions at the Courtyard just a 5 min walk. I think all the cruise ship passengers come here and flight crew. Its what you expect it to be. Would go again.

Horrible customer service!! Got you, Papi. Here’s a rewritten version that keeps the tone and length but is clearly different: ⸻ This is honestly one of the very few negative reviews I’ve ever written. I’m more than willing to revise or remove it if someone from management steps in and addresses the situation appropriately. After a full week of demanding business meetings and a long travel day, I was heading home to Salt Lake City and checked in through the Bonvoy Elite line. The young woman who assisted me was friendly, professional, and welcoming — no complaints there at all. Before heading upstairs, I specifically asked about late-night dining options. I was told there’s no 24-hour room service, but that I could place an order until 11:30 PM — and I had roughly 15 minutes to do so. As I walked to the elevator, I passed what appears to be a well-stocked pantry/convenience market that was actively serving hot food, including fresh pizza. Once in my room, I immediately reviewed the in-room dining menu, which clearly states that room service is available until midnight. At approximately 11:24 PM, I called to place an order and was informed the kitchen was already closed and they could not accommodate me. I explained what I had been told at check-in and even referenced the midnight service time printed on the menu. Despite that, there was no effort made to resolve the issue. I mentioned that I would likely leave a review based on the experience unless someone could help make it right. I was told I’d receive a callback shortly. It has now been over 30 minutes and I never heard back. Regrettably, this leaves me no choice but to share this experience. I do hope someone from management reaches out. To me, this reflects a broader issue I’m seeing more frequently in hospitality — a tendency to shut things down early or do the bare minimum. I’m confident that at one of Marriott’s luxury properties, or at brands like Four Seasons or Montage, this would have been handled differently. I expect better from Marriott.

"Something I never expected"

I’m a titanium member which tells I travel and stay in Marriott properties a lot I could say that some things could happen and others shouldn’t Even after explaining that an order I was expecting was delivered in the wrong place within the property by someone’s mistake I should not be charged $7 for that. For me it was a statement not money. They insisted and I decided not to claim the package since its value was less than that I cut short my stay as another statement on my side, and I let know the manager why I was doing it I then, went to a Hilton property Be careful you don’t run into the same people Too bad, I can’t remember how many times I have spent in that property
