Incredible location in downtown Miami, perfect for any events at bayfront park or the Miami heat arena. This was the perfect base for us to enjoy the FIFA fan zone for World Cup 2026, just across the road!

We were given a sheet at check in which spoke about a 25$ per day amenity fee (for WiFi use, a 2 for 1 drinks voucher on arrival, use of the gym, bottles of water in the room etc). The man at check in said this would be deducted from our security deposit at the end of the trip, so we were a little disappointed thinking it would be 100$ more than what we had paid in advance. At checkout when we asked, the lady was super helpful in explaining that this is already covered for booking.com guests. It would have been good for this to be cleared up at check in rather than check out, though.
