Everything was fantastic grandbabies tell us if they like it an it's on the top of the list hotel's they want to go i chose breakfast for a 125 dollars instead of 100 for parking one car my daughter was going come spend a little time with us would had been 150 to parking

So you have free parking very low lighting no shuttle it's mile away on property in the woods why not have 25 dollar parking, shuttle, very lit up with lights not little cutout in woods very dangerous back there I had to check in i take grandbabies wife going park,she wouldn't even get out the car walk up road no street lights charge 25 an give us something if you guys not making enough money other than thatbit was far the best

"Heerlijke plek om te 'landen' in de VS. Super fijn resort."

Het ontbijt is grandioos. Zelfs met veel gezondere keuzes. Het is echt een resort waar je een relaxte vakantiedag kunt beleven. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, personeel vriendelijk en het hele hotel ziet er goed uit. Zwembad ook top!

Niets. Het was allemaal relaxed.

"Not clean, really disappointed with parking charges"

Location is great!

The room was dirty, for example i placed my clothes in the wardrobe, the section above where you hang your clothes, only to discover i had just covered my clothes in dust, it was so bad. I have taken pictures. Ruined my holiday clothes. The bathtub was filthy and hadn't been cleaned properly, the shower gel dispenser was mossing its head. Subsequent daily cleans of the room were really disappointing, they never vacuumed the carpets properly and once there were still crumbs in the bed. The parking charges were utterly utterly ridiculous, what a total scam, you pay so much to stay there and then they want to squeeze more out of you, then they call you "guests" nearly $30 dollars a night for parking. Great way to only get one time customers, will never recommend the hotel or be staying there again. Id rather have the upfront costs and sort it all out in one price rather than be confronted with it later. This goes for an additional ridiculous charge of nearly 600 dollars "pool cleaning fee or something stupid" what the hell am i paying the initial payment for? Ruined my mood the moment i checked in. Greedy and cut throat. The facilities were below average. They didn't even have a spa, no steam room, no sauna, what a joke.
