Sheraton Universal

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located next to Universal however our room was tiny, but it had a balcony. The room was crammed with lots of furniture making it feel more confined. Most of the customer was exemplary especially Matthew and Francisco. They made the experience for us!

Location is great in proximity to Universal Studios

For the price, the facilities are starting to feel run down and staff is very rude. I booked 2 rooms that were filthy upon checkin. Dirty used wine glasses still in room, old food left in both refrigerators and the toilet leaked water all over the floor in one of our rooms. I felt like I had to constantly clean up and stay on top of messes while on vacation. For the price I paid, I shouldn’t have to worry about these things

Your hotel is exquisite. Thank you. Please give extra credit and love to David Javier. He could not have been more friendly, helpful and kind. I never met him before but he’s a keeper and you should guve him a raise.

Came here with my sister and our kids for a Universal Studios trip. We had another wonderful stay at the Sheraton. The lounge access was so helpful and convenient. In the morning we were always greeted with a smile and helpful assistance when grabbing breakfast for the day. When returning in the evening we found Matthew and Rodrigo chipper and ready to help us with anything we needed. Their smiling faces and positive attitudes helped end our days on a high note!!! We will be back soon!

The hotel location was very good. The restaurant was nice. The staff was helpful.

The hotel itself could use a major upgrade. The widows were filthy, and the carpet was very worn out. I was concerned that I could see a silhouette from the bathroom to the main room, as I was sharing a room with my teenage son. The room accommodations should be as good as the lobby. The people in the room next door were very loud. Walls were paper-thin.

Bathroom was poorly setup. When sitting on the toilet, you had to reach to the wall behind you, to get to the toilet paper. And the only towel was located less than a foot from the toilet bowl, right in the splash zone.
