Guarantee Policy A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards at any time before arrival. Non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released within 48 hours after the booking is made. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
