Other than the location in old quarter, nothing is really good

It had strange smell and old quarter, nothing is great about the hotel. The staffs are pleasant to work with, but the hotel is rundown and the pictures in booking.com and agoda is very misleading and it’s not a 4 star standard hotel. It’s a typical boutique hotel, narrow lift, old room and furnitures. The towel and linen had strange smell and we checked out immediately since we didn’t like the room.

There is no restaurant at hotel

Schönes kleines Hotel sehr gut gelegen mitten in der Altstadt, perfekt zum Erkunden der Stadt zu Fuß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders der junge Mann an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer im achten Stock war komfortabel und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder!

Location was great. Foot massage was in your room so you could relax and no need to walk back to accommodation.

Nothing

The photos of the hotel do not match reality. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and mold was visible in the bathroom. On our second day, the shower drain started to emit a foul odor after use. The smell lingered for several hours, spreading into the bedroom and making it difficult for us to sleep. Since the hotel was fully booked, no alternative room was available, and we had to wait until the next day for the issue to be resolved. Furthermore, the hotel is extremely noisy. On the third day, we were woken up at 5 a.m. by a child screaming and crying loudly, while the mother was also shouting at the child. This disturbance went on for quite some time. Overall, our stay was very disappointing. This hotel does not deserve its four-star rating. At best, it should be considered a one-star hotel.
